A WORLD SPACE WEEK EVENT

PRODUCED BY SPACE FOR WOMEN AND LADIES DO LAUNCH

Curated by Jan Millsapps and Bay Area Space for Women
Chabot’s Megadome Theater

Join us for a lunchtime discussion exploring the progress of women in the space industry: how much progress have we truly made in science, tech and space-related fields, and how can we ensure inclusiveness among next-gen space explorers?

This event is one in a coordinated series of World Space Week (Oct. 4-10) panels at locations throughout the U.S. In addition to the San Francisco/Oakland Bay Area event, panels are planned for New York, Seattle and Washington, DC.

The Chabot event, connected to the new exhibit, Going the Distance: Our Reach Into Space, features a live panel discussion in the Megadome Theatre that will also be live-streamed worldwide.

Brown-bag lunches will be available.
