In this astronomy night out experience, you will learn the fundamentals of amateur astronomy and astrophotography. After dinner, a planetarium presentation will immerse you into the world of astronomy, and what can be seen in the night sky and how to find these objects yourself. After the presentation, work in break out groups to get hands on training using different types of telescopes and learn how to get started taking your own photos of the night sky.
