Virtual Telescope Viewing

July 4 @ 9:45 pm - 11:00 pm

|Recurring Event (See all)

An event every week that begins at 9:45 pm on Saturday, repeating until August 29, 2020

Every Saturday
9:45-11 p.m.

Join our resident astronomers on Facebook Live every Saturday evening live from Chabot’s Observation deck!
Each week, our astronomers will guide us through spectacular night sky viewing through Nellie, Chabot‘s most powerful telescope. Weather permitting we will be able to view objects live through the telescopes and our astronomers will be available for an open forum for all of your most pressing astronomy questions.
Listening to feedback from our community, the full recordings of all live events will also be released on YouTube. Watch them on the Chabot Space & Science Center YouTube channel within one week of when the event happens on Facebook Live.

To receive a notification when the talk begins, make sure to “Like” the Chabot Space and Science Center Facebook page.
