NASA Quest

NASA Quest is now accepting virtual and in-person field trip bookings for the 2024/25 school year!

Are you ready for NASA to inspire your classroom? NASA Quest (NQuest) is a new, virtual, and in-person NASA STEM engagement, now available for classrooms grades 6-8. NQuest prioritizes sign-ups from Title I schools and is offered at no cost on a first-come, first-served basis. It is a collaboration between the NASA Ames Research Center, Chabot Space & Science Center, and NASA Office of STEM Engagement (OSTEM).

IN-PERSON FIELD TRIPS

Available every Thursday and Friday, 9:30 AM-1:30 PM

Every in-person field trip includes:

  • Hands-on workshops with OSTEM Next Gen STEM activities
  • A visit to the official NASA Ames Visitor Center at Chabot Space & Science Center
  • Planetariums shows in Chabot’s full-dome Planetarium

VIRTUAL FIELD TRIPS:

Virtual field trips can be formatted to accommodate your school’s bell schedule and are available every Monday and Tuesday, 8:30 AM-3:30 PM Pacific Time

Every virtual field trip includes:

  • A live presentation and hands-on OSTEM Next Gen STEM activities
  • A virtual tour of Chabot and the official NASA Ames Visitor Center
  • Captivating NASA videos
