Notice of Photographic and Media Recording
Promotional photography or audio and video recordings may occur during your visit. By entering the premises, you consent to such recording and to the release of all recorded media for publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, webcasts, social media, promotional materials, advertising, inclusion on the website and other uses.
If you would like to opt out of any recording, please ask Chabot staff for a lanyard before you enter. This will allow our photographers to frame images to exclude you or, if we do capture your likeness, help us to crop or delete images to make sure you are excluded from any of the above.

Chabot Space & Science Center is committed to protecting the privacy of our online visitors. We collect information from online visitors who ask to be on our newsletter mailing list and/or receive periodic email announcements. Anyone who wishes can choose to be removed from our mailing list at any time.
In addition, online visitors who wish to purchase a membership through our Web site must provide their name, email address, mailing address, phone number, and credit card number and expiration date. All credit card transactions occur over a secure connection.
All online visitor data collected by Chabot Space & Science Center is protected against unauthorized access. We will not sell, trade, or give your personal information to other companies or organizations.
