Join us for Chabot’s new virtual program, Live Science! The Live Science series is every Tuesday morning on Facebook Live.

Each week, our Science Educator, Haley will lead a live demonstration of one explosive, chilling, or thrilling reaction that cannot be done at home! We’ll ask for your observations and explanations of what YOU think is happening before covering the science behind it. Then, we’ll end with a live Q&A for those burning questions.

Live Science covers a new, surprise topic each week, from chemistry, to combustion, to colors. Tune in to find out what we’ll be doing each week!

About Science Educator Haley Thiltgen

Haley Thiltgen has been a Science Educator for Chabot Space and Science Center since September of 2018. She has a Bachelor’s of Science in Biology from the University of Redlands and strives to create engaging, accessible, and memorable content for all learners to connect with. She believes that life is one big science experiment, full of questions, failures, and discoveries.
