Member & Donor Engagement Manager

The Member & Donor Engagement Manager is a key member of Chabot’s Development team. This full-time, onsite position reports to the Director of Development and is responsible for the planning and implementation of all programs and communications related to individual donor and member cultivation, solicitation and stewardship, including benefits fulfillment. This individual will closely collaborate with Development and Marketing colleagues to develop, coordinate, and execute multi-channel direct response campaigns that support member and donor renewal and retention, as well as the acquisition of new members and donors throughout the year. This role requires an individual with superior relationship building, project management, and analytical skills, as well as the ability to develop and share compelling narratives, both verbally and in writing.

 

Facilities Technician III

The Facilities Technician III is full-time, on-site role and a senior-level position within the facilities management team. This role is responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance, repair, and operational tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the organization’s facilities. The Facilities Technician III is expected to have advanced technical skills and knowledge in various trades and must be capable of handling complex and specialized maintenance and repair tasks. This position reports directly to the Director of Operations.
