To request admission to Chabot Space & Science for your fundraising event, please complete an application by clicking on the link below. Donation requests can only be submitted online. If approved, the tickets will be emailed to the address provided on the application. We appreciate your support of our mission.
The maximum donation available to each organization is four general admission tickets per year. As Chabot Space & Science Center receives many more donation requests than we may fulfill each year, requests must meet specific criteria to be considered.
Chabot Space & Science Center tickets are not for resale. If approved, please allow two to three weeks to receive your tickets.
We regret that applications submitted with less than four weeks’ notice may be declined.
Frequently Asked Questions
When do the donation tickets expire?
The tickets are good for one year from the date of the event listed on the application. Tickets cannot be extended if not used by the expiration date.
Can the tickets be used towards a membership or other event?
As these tickets were issued for free they cannot be applied to any upgrades.
The fundraising event is for a for-profit organization, can I still get tickets?
We do not donate tickets to organizations without the status of 501c3.
May I give these tickets as a gift?
The tickets are donated for fundraising efforts so must be associated with a fundraising event.
Eligibility Requirements:
-School donation requests must go directly to support the educational programs of the applying school
-Priority will be given to schools with a recent history of visiting the Center (in the past 4 years)
Donations will not be made to organizations for the following:
-Political fundraisers or organizations that are perceived to be political
-Individuals, sports teams, scholarships
